Hornsby Mazda, winner of the 2009 Master Dealer Award for superior customer service, is well on its way to duplicating the achievement in 2010. On the local level, Mazda was recently voted the number one vehicle by North Shore auto owners.
“We’re very proud to be recognized as Australia’s leading Mazda dealer for customer service,” remarked Greg Stewart, managing director. “I know all our employees work hard to earn this honour every day, and we’re doing our best to repeat in 2010.”
Hornsby Mazda’s service department is well known for its flexible hours and commitment to top-tier service. The department is open on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to accommodate those who cannot bring their vehicle in at other times. Since these times are extremely popular, reservations usually need to be made four to six weeks in advance. A courtesy shuttle is provided to bring owners into Hornsby and Westfield while their vehicles are being serviced. In addition, owners can drive a current model Mazda while they wait, upon payment of a $44 insurance fee.
The Hornsby Mazda website allows owners and potential customers alike to schedule appointments and test-drives online. The site also offers an overview of each passenger and commercial vehicle, as well as information on corporate sales and finance.
In spring, 2009, Hornsby Mazda started circulating an e-newsletter to keep owners up to date regarding happenings at the shop, including owners nights, when new Mazda owners can learn more about their vehicles and how they are serviced at Hornsby Mazda.
