Kevin Cook scored the winning goal with a header after a chot was deflected off the goals crossbar. South Side's goalie Paul Casazza had a whopping 14 saves and New Hyde Park's goalie Mario Lisena had 2. Going into the match, South side was ranked #2 and new Hyde Park was ranked #7. South Side will now play Roslyn at Mitchell field on Sunday November 8th at 10:30 AM.
