These were made in the US around World War 2 era.
Many of these figures were used in a motion picture that was produced in 1985. The actual scenes (on DVD) from the movie are included in this offer. Their Historic value, their antiquity, and their fame in the motion picture make them priceless.
These are actually made of vinyl, same as Washington DC's Wax Museum figures. Same maker and much more realistic then wax. Only serious investors are invited to bid.
Each human hair is sewn in place one at a time on heads, hands, etc. Real glass eyes, real actual antique naval military uniforms, etc. Historic and they look just like real historic people, like Benjamin Franklin, Benedict Arnold, etc. They do need restoration and assembly as they have been in storage for aver 35 years. The uniforms, shoes, belts, buckles, buttons, etc. alone are priceless. We will be taking sealed bids. Video DVD of them, their usage in the motion picture, etc., on VHS is available for serious bidders only for a $200.00 non refundable deposit. High end Auction Houses are invited.
