BigNews.Biz - Jun 04,2012 - The India operations of Symphony Services, a leading global software company and a part of the Symphony Technology Group, is in the midst of a rental dispute with several individual owners over its office space on Outer Ring Road Bangalore. An FIR and a criminal complaint have been filed against the company and some of its senior officials by some of the individual owners of the office premises.
Symphony Services India has reportedly breached the terms of the office space rental agreement, refusing to acknowledge the terms of the agreement that they had entered into. While the company had contracted to lease the office space till 31st March 2013, it is currently wanting to move out of the office without paying the consideration due to the owners under the terms of the rental agreement.
The owners have taken up the issue as a criminal breach of trust and filed a criminal complaint.
