Dave Pearce, Incident Commander for the training comments, “Our objective is to plan ahead before emergencies happen. It is a good opportunity to get to know each other and identify problems, issues and concerns so when there is an emergency that requires a multi-agency response, we can take action professionally and efficiently.”
