— The Midwest Bonsai Society presents its Spring Bonsai Show & Sale, highlighting bonsai trees in various stages of development with interpretive signage to explain what the caretaker is intending for the tree. Vendors will be selling bonsai trees, raw nursery stock, pots, tools, and supplies. In addition, free demonstrations will be held throughout the show. Workshops will be held over the weekend to allow beginners and accomplished bonsai growers to learn more about bonsai. Additional fee and registration is required for workshops.
