Many of those coaches have demonstrated the ability to develop outstanding innovative football concepts that have transcended the game and pushed it forward with incredible results. There are many coaches that want to move up the coaching ranks but they are never interviewed for available coaching jobs at the higher levels, or they simply go unnoticed, even though they possess the qualities and commitment needed to succeed at the elite levels of the game. Bryan said, “Even though we are a start-up League, the city groups truly understand their region and its teams will get worldwide recognition from the League’s digital streaming A-11 Channels for each team and the league. And, the pro football players of the A-11FL will be full-time salaried employees of the League, living and working in their hometown communities.”
The A-11FL is built around the revolutionary A-11 Offense that eliminates the jersey-numbering requirement and features interchangeable dynamic athletes at every position.
